Shipping Rates

We currently ship both locally and internationally from Singapore.

Singapore & Malaysia Shipping

  • Enjoy FREE shipping on orders above $95.
  • Orders within Singapore and Malaysia are shipped via SpeedPost.
  • For Singapore orders below $95, a flat shipping fee of $6.50 applies.


International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via DHL Express.
  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
  • If your country is not listed during checkout, kindly email us at info@qissoh.com for shipping assistance.


Important Notes for International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, import fees, or regulations imposed by their respective countries.
  • Orders that are delayed, held, seized, or confiscated by customs authorities in the destination country are strictly non-refundable.


For Customers in Brunei & Malaysia

Delivery charges shown at checkout are estimated based on your order details.

If the final shipping cost is higher than the estimate, your order will be placed on hold and our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email before processing.

If the final shipping cost is lower, the difference will be refunded once the final courier charges are confirmed.

 
 
 

Please note that the import of religious books may be subject to government review and approval. In some cases, books may be held, delayed, or confiscated by the relevant authorities.

These matters are beyond Qissoh’s control, and we are unable to provide refunds for books confiscated by government agencies.
