REFUND FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE
Loss of Parcel
Customers will be eligible for a refund for orders deemed lost in transit.
- Local (Singapore) orders will be considered lost if not received within 15 days from the shipping date.
- International orders will be considered lost if not received within 40 days from the shipping date.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, kindly provide clear photo proof of the damaged books and packaging for assessment before any refund or replacement can be processed.
- For local orders, we are able to offer replacement copies of damaged books, subject to stock availability.
- For international orders, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the damage and the circumstances of the case.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Qissoh is unable to issue refunds, replacements, or reshipments for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
