Note: All products except gifts/hampers
- All prices are in Singapore Currency (SGD) and all deliveries are within Singapore only.
- Courier charges is at $6.00 island wide unless otherwise stated for example, to cater to bulky items.
- There will be free delivery for items above $95.00
- Delivery will be done within 3 working days. For Paynow transactions, delivery will only be done after payment is made with proof of transaction.
Self-Collection
- It is advisable that you inform our staff of your visit and time so that we can prepare your items for collection.
- You have 4 weeks to pick up your order before it is cancelled.
Gift/ Hamper
A. How to Order
Our website is structured to allow easy navigation providing you with a fuss-free shopping experience.
You can begin by selecting the “Gifts and Novelties” category. This allows you to filter out all products suitable for specific occasion such as newborn hamper, new mother hamper and etc.
Once you have selected your item, click on “Add To Cart’’ to make your purchase. You may return to any category at any time before Check Out to continue shopping and adding more items to your cart, or to make change to your current selection.
Important Note: You will be prompted for sender and recipient details upon check out. Please ensure that all information is provided accurately to avoid any delays in the delivery of your order(s).
Alternatively, you may place your orders through the following modes:
- Call / Whatsapp: us at 8922 1552
- Drop your message at our Facebook or Instagram Messenger.
- A complimentary Greeting Card is provided for each gift item. You may specify the message on each card by filling in the required message card fields upon check out.
- Hamper orders will have to be made 24hr in advance.
- Qissoh reserves the right to refuse any orders depending on circumstances.
- Note: Orders received on weekends or Public Holiday can only be confirmed by the NEXT working day. As such, the earliest delivery can only be done between 2.30PM to 6.00PM on that same working day.
- Failed Delivery
Delivery will be deemed as failed delivery under these conditions:
a. Recipient is not present in the given location.
b. No valid means to contact both Recipient and Buyer.
c. Incorrect address given.
d. Restrictions from building’s management / security.
Important Note: In any situation receiver is uncontactable, we will always call you for instructions. Under circumstances both “Buyer” and “Receiver” is uncontactable, and we can’t leave it with anyone. A re-delivery / Self Collection will be scheduled.
Every delivery will be given a grace period of 10 minutes of waiting time. Should there be a situation that waiting time goes beyond the grace period, it will be deemed as failed delivery. - Re-delivery / Self Collection
- For re-delivery a charge of $15.00 will be imposed.
- To arrange for re-delivery or Self Collection, please kindly contact 8922 1552 to schedule.
